Tanuki

Swing, swing, swing
there is no wind
Yet you are heard
Elusive Companion

Beautiful of eye
Full of luck
and happily gullible

Together
let us sing a song
Her hand entwined with mine

Shapeshifter
you haunt the corners of our eyes

We perceive
friendship

Share your luck
your company, prosperity
and play

As we sing you
our song
